Very helpful assistant. Knowledge, friendly & quick service. Only area that needs improvement is the store does not have a lift for disabled people. I’ve recently had a hip replacement so the stairs to see stock proved slightly problematic and could be far worse for others. Very surprised that there was no disabled facilities.

I am elderly, live alone and have recently moved to the area. I had a long telephone conversation with Sales Assistant Olly before I ventured to visit the store. He was very understanding and helpful. The day I made my visit was Olly's day off, however his colleague, Penny, was equally friendly and helpful.
