Both Ollie and Sam were really helpful and were able to get our orders placed. They gave us advice to place 2 separate orders so the goods in stock would arrive while we had to wait for the other item so not to hold things up. The thing that took the time was the finance creation was slow and then confused our order with another from a different shop we had previously placed. However Ollie got straight on the phone and explained the situation and he had it resolved quickly. This was actually our second visit to the store, the first time was to scope out what we wanted to order and after receiving excellent service we were happy to go back.
