We were approached after a few minutes in the shop and asked if we needed assistance. The assistant was polite and friendly but not overpowering. We were then assisted with using the sleep match machine which was very useful in helping us choose a mattresses. The sales assistant talked us through and showed us the mattresses that the machine had specified for us. He then gave us time alone to properly test and discuss our options. He also gave me some useful advice on mattress firmness. The payment process was quick and easy, all costs were explained well. Overall we felt well looked after but at the same time given enough space and time to discuss costs etc privately without feeling pushed.

I felt welcome and at ease and not pushed into anything from the minute I walked through the door. Claire explained how things work with trying the bed to see which mattress would suit me. She sorted out tissues to place over the pillow for health and safety. Staff worn masks at all times. After the test claire walked around the shop with me getting me to try different mattresses explaining about them, and giving me the price. At no time did I feel pressured to buy one. The last mattress I laid on I loved and was a great price in the sale so I brought it. Delivery was going to be only In a few days time which is good, and I have 30 days if the mattress is not for me. So I came away very happy indeed. Thank you claire in Reading Dreams.
