The member of staff who helped us at the Reading store was knowledgable and friendly. She processed our order quickly and we left with exactly what we wanted. The delivery time also appears to be extremely quick which is what we were after.

We were highly satisfied with the customer service that we received from Clare in the Reading Branch, she answered all our questions and even moved mattresses about so we could test them out correctly.

The salesman Oliver was very courteous, helpfull and patient. He introduced us to the sleep diagnosis machine, then onto the mattresses to suite our needs. He explained each while we tested them, then left us to try each at leisure. We were never pressurised, which I like.
