Very friendly and helpful staff. Good advice. Good deals in store

Oliver (I believe is the staff member’s name) was very welcoming and really listened to our needs/found out what we needed. He got us straight onto the machine to assess the best options - which really surprised us. He helped narrow down our options and provided different price brackets once we’d tried a few mattresses. Covid-19 measures were in place too - other companies have hardly any - so this was very reassuring. He even managed to get some bonus bits for us which we were very much grateful for given the price of the mattress and wait time for it. We had viewed beds previously at Dreams but there was a severe lack of wooden storage bed options, which was a shame. We would, however, consider Dreams again for mattresses and we’d recommend to others (we already have recommended it some people!).
