We were assisted in the Reading branch by Steve. Having walked in to the shop and faced with a multitude of mattresses, Steve was there with us right from the start, both leaving us to our own devices and being available when we needed advice. The purchase of our mattress was made so easy and painless that even my husband was impressed, and that's no easy feat :) So yes, we will recommend you to friends and family. Thank you so much X
