Very good assistance in store. The recommendations from the firmness of mattress were excellent. Very helpful staff. Extra touch of bottled water offered while I shopped was nice.

I was approached with a very warm welcome from a young lady (Georgia). I had already done my research on the website prior to arriving, so knew what I was looking for, a choice of four. Two were not in this store. I found her very helpful, providing the necessary covers for the mattress, offering refreshments and gave me time to try out each mattress twice before making my mind up. She did say that two of my choice were not available, but showed me an alternative. I was very impressed by her confidence, which made me feel a valued customer. I left that store feeling pleased with my purchase and that warm feeling that I was well looked after. Thank you.
