The member of the sales team, Penny, who looked after us was very knowledgable and friendly - she provided clear guidance on what would suit us and didn't seem to be fixated on selling us the most expensive product - we didn't feel pressured at all, and left feeling confident that we'd really been able to make an objective choice that would best suit us.
