The Sales Guy welcomed us as soon as we walked in. He was helpful very helpful, and gave me good advice. He wasn’t pushy, which was appreciated. He was very good with my son who is autistic.

Friendly staff member who was knowledgeable and helpful. She wasn’t obtrusive and left us to it but was there when we needed assistance.

Man came and helped us quickly. I told him what price range we had and he didn't show me anything over, which is what you always expect people to do, which is always annoying! So we appreciated the good customer service and not trying to make us spend more than we have.

Store spacious enough for social distancing. All instructions were clear and sanitizers Etc available. Staff friendly and knowledgeable felt informed not pressured. I had clear criteria so was guided well through products available- plenty of choice. Good lead time for delivery
