Store spacious enough for social distancing. All instructions were clear and sanitizers Etc available. Staff friendly and knowledgeable felt informed not pressured. I had clear criteria so was guided well through products available- plenty of choice. Good lead time for delivery

The lady who served us was so knowledgeable. Understand and just a lovely lady. We had two small children with us and she was patient and tentive.
