A member of staff by the name of Ollie served us He was very knowledgeable about the products and extremely helpful He was patient and helped us to make the right choice. He had an element of charm without any sales pressure. He also assured us that if the mattress we purchase is not the right one for us we could exchange within the allowed time. For a customer this is reassuring. The whole experience was enjoyable rather than stressful He also gave us refreshments Most importantly given situation around COVID-19 he met all government guidelines and was respectful. The assistant helping us - Oliver, was particularly nice and friendly. Very knowledgeable, and nothing was too much trouble. Did not make us feel we were taking too long to decide and wasn't 'in our face' either.
