The safety measures in place at the store were very good. Booking an appointment to keep numbers of people in the store to a minimum was very reassuring. I was very impressed with the Sleep Match machine which identified the type of mattress we needed. The selection in the store was impressive.

The store manager, Steve, was very personable, friendly and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the products and listened to our needs and requirements. We were not made to feel that we needed to buy the most expensive products, unlike other retailers. We were buying and it was our decision as to what we wanted. We were not made to feel that we were just "another customer". Well done Steve for the great customer service. Olly was also in the store and he too was very friendly, although he didn't serve us, he acknowledged us. Overall a great customer experience - well done guys :-)

My wife and I visited the store on the 2nd day it was open due to Covid closure. We were met at the door by a member of the sales team and immediately offered PPE protection. We were offered advice and guidance as to the products available and pointed in the right directions for our requirements. Obviously buying a bed we needed to try them. We were given pillows with our own protective cover and the beds were also covered with our own protection. Steve our salesman answered all our questions and as a result we bought our new bed only having decided to buy a new bed some 4 hours earlier. This is I think the 3rd time we have used the store and all our experiences have been positive.
