Claire the assistant was extremely helpful in using the in store technology, guiding us to the suggested choices and giving us time to talk and test each product. All while not pushing us towards the most expensive products or favouring a particular brand

Walked into store and seen within 3 minutes. Our representative was Penny who was efficient friendly and knowledgeable once we made our decision we were given coffee and paperwork was completed with little inconvenience. All areas of our rights if we were not happy was fully explained and any questions we needed answering were answered.. Looking forward to our new mattress which is being delivered within 3 working days that's a fantastic service. Thank you again Penny for your help. Will pass on to family, friends and colleagues about the great service. Will be revisiting for more items and also with my daughter to look for a mattress once she is home from Uni. Thanks also for the £150.00 discount

We were greeted with a Good morning by the Dreams Shop Assistants. Penny (validation code 937) who served my husband and I was friendly, cheerful and answered all our questions. Penny advised us on certain things to think about when buying the base and the mattress. She kindly offered us a drink when we went to place our order and also gave us our half price duvet, all lovely perks. There was good communication between us and the conversation flowed.
