Dreams - Reading

We were greeted with a Good morning by the Dreams Shop Assistants. Penny (validation code 937) who served my husband and I was friendly, cheerful and answered all our questions. Penny advised us on certain things to think about when buying the base and the mattress. She kindly offered us a drink when we went to place our order and also gave us our half price duvet, all lovely perks. There was good communication between us and the conversation flowed.

Excellent service from the staff in the Reading store. The pillows I wanted weren’t in stock and was told they could be a couple of weeks before they were delivered. Therefore I was very surprised but extremely pleased to receive them the next day! Brilliant!

The guy knew I'd done my research so didn't try to push me into extra purchases. He recommended things that made sense and was able to highlight differences between my choices. He worked extremely fast as i was in a rush. Both staff were very accommodating and sweet with my 10 month baby i had with me. I was offered a drink which was much appreciated. I came away feeling positive I'd found my perfect bed & mattress and treated with excellent customer service.

Steve approached me as soon as I entered the store, but only to say 'give me a shout if you need help'. He then turned to leave me to browse, except that I called for his help at once. He was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. There was no hint of hard sell, which I appreciated greatly.
