We were served by Oliver and from start to finish, he was extremely professional and helpful. He was never pushy and we didn't feel rushed. We felt like he genuinely cared about what the right mattress was for our needs. He came over with a really gently approach and was so friendly, we didn't feel like we were being 'sold to' at all. He allowed us to take our time and try out everything for comparison reasons and he really knew the products.

The sales assistant Claire was really helpful in helping us choose the right mattress for us. We did not feel pressured into purchasing at all. She showed us all the different options to suit our needs.

Claire my assistant in the shop was brilliant, we weren’t rushed and she was really helpful on the product knowledge and through the ordering process.

The lady who looked after us (Penny) was very good. She remembered my wife from the previous visit, was very friendly and chatty. At the same time,we felt we being given a very clear and comprehensive understanding of our options.
