We were left alone to look around but as soon as we needed help a member of staff was available. They were very friendly and asked questions to understand what we wanted and then gave good advice.

Excellent service from when we arrived. Having been to some other companies the service we received was excellent. Very knowledgeable and the machine to see which mattress is suitable is a fantastic idea

We were recommended by our friends to try the store as we were looking to change our mattress. We were met by Penny the store assistant who fully understood what we were looking for and gave us various choices to try and explained the different types. Walked out the store buying one.

Claire the assistant was very helpful and patient. She was excellent in explaining the differences of the mattresses.

Claire the assistant was very helpful and even offered us a hot drink (on this wet and rainy day). She also analysed our sleep patterns to establish which was the best mattress and pillow for our comfort and that was a totally new experience.

We visited your Reading store and was very impressed with your colleague Steve who was very helpful and informative with the knowledge of your mattresses. After explaining everything to us and answering our questions he allowed to browse at our leisure. He was not at all pushy as we had experienced with other bed retailers in the area. We returned 3 times before making our purchase. The purchase was dealt with by Claire who was equally as efficient. Our order was placed very swiftly and we were happy with the delivery arrangements. We experienced excellent Customer Service.

Veronica was very helpful, she talked us through all options of the mattress. She showed us round a number to try and allowed us time to deliberate on our own.
