My partner and I purchased a Tempur mattress and were highly satisfied due to the unbeatable customer service. Ollie at the reading office helped us chose a mattress and without him I am sure we would have needed at least a few more weeks to figure out what we needed. However with Ollie's help all that was possible within one visit. It was as we had an expert friend that was interested in our needs rather than trying to make a sale. Ollie was extremely patient and told us to take all the time we needed to make a decision. He also breached the lack of knowledge my partner and I had and explained everything in details while answering all our questions giving us the feeling that we were just enabled to make concious decisions. In fact, to make sure we made the right decision we took the time to go to a competitor shop which just confirmed our descision and we went to dreams the same evening to complete the purchase. This was best customer service experience so far and even though my partner and I spent quite a bit of money that evening we were very happy as we were sure we made the right decision.

Penny, who served us was very pleasant & knowledgeable, she answered all our questions to our satisfaction, she explained the difference between the various mattresses. Penny's pleasant manner and service went a long way to help us decide to make our purchase.
