From the moment we stepped into the store we were greeted with a smile and no one was pushy. We were able to look at mattresses at our leisure without being bombarded. When we did need assistance there was someone on hand to offer friendly advice and guidance.

When we visited the store we were not jumped on straight away we were allowed to browse until we wanted help Oliver helped us choose the right mattress for our needs and then he helped with delivery date very happy with the service.

The staff approached us as soon as we entered the store. They placed on the mattress analyser to find the perfect fit. They provided us with a drink and showed us their recommended mattresses and allowed to take our time in finding the perfect fit and then made the application and purchase go with ease

The staff were very friendly and attentive to my needs. They gave me honest advice and didn’t try to make me purchase unnecessary things. I visited on 2 occasions and both times I was very pleased with the service.
