Dreams - Reading

The staff were very knowledgeable in explaining the difference between the mattresses. We were offered coffee and the whole shopping experience was pleasant!

The assistant that served us was: very polite; very knowledgeable of your products, patient and obviously keen to ensure he understood our needs/requirements.

This is the first mattress I have bought in 35 years and I found the whole process amazing. Ollie, the sale assistant, was so polite and helpful and very knowledgeable. The system that measures our bodies was incredible. I was really worried about buying a new mattress and my worries were completely dealt with quickly and efficiently. I would definitely be recommending Dreams to everyone I know.

The store manager attended to us , very pleasant and knew what he was talking about, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. A very good experience. The only down side was the bed was not displayed in store

I liked the contraption that recommends the type of mattress you need and the list of options that it prints out. The sales assistant was really excellent too.

Steve the manager helped us and was great. Playing with our toddler while we were trying out the beds and being really understanding about how tricky it can be to shop with a toddler in tow!

Invited to use the system to help choose the best mattress. Then taken around to try the mattresses selected. Given some time by ourselves to see which one we preferred.
