Dreams - Reading

I went into dreams thinking I would need a firm bed and thanks to the sleep test it showed I actually needed a medium to soft bed, with that I was shown three different beds that would be suitable for my needs with comfort and temperature. The bed felt great and I even purchased a tempur pillow as I fell in love with the pillow I was given to use. Also the lady who dealt with us was very kind and even gave us a bottle of water each while we completed the transaction. Overall experience was very helpful and very welcoming.

Good help from staff member, knowledge good and easy nderstood our needs.

Dreams Reading where really friendly, I felt no pressure to buy. Once I had purchased a mattress and later decided to change the delivery date, was happy to find it was easily done.

Penny said hello as soon as we entered the shop and asked if there was any advice or guidance she could give to us. She was not over bearing and let us look as she talked us through the options.... VERY helpful and knowledgeable. She was very good with my two children as well and offered us all a drinlk.
