The lady sales assistant took us through the whole process of choosing a couple of mattresses and was right about what we needed.

Given that it was 20 years ago that my partner and I had last purchased beds and mattresses I was dreading it. Trying dozens of different mattresses , arguing over best fit for purpose and further debates on bed types The whole experience was completely different , pleasant greeting in store , time spent by the assistant in understanding our needs , then the magic , the ability to programme into a computer our sleeping posture and current difficulties and then both being able to separately lay on a bed in our separate normal sleeping positions and Hey Presto !the computer produces a print out of recommended mattresses . The miracle was that the recommendations were compatible No Arguments No comebacks in the future and no blame on each other I thought the whole experience was marvellous and the explanation by the assistant of the recommendations was excellent . The following transaction was completed satisfactory and everything was organised and professional

I was greeted as I entered the store and told if I wanted assistance to plse ask and at no time was I was pressurised to purchase. I did ask for assistance and the Assistant was knowledgeable and showed me all the items I requested. I wad given tea during my search as it took a while. I ended up purchasing a double divan, headboard and mattress and single divan with pullout. Hoping delivery will be as efficient as purchasing.

Customer service was the best I have seen for a while, Claire was very helpful with any questions I had, she explained all about the mattress I had picked. As I am allergic to Latex she made sure all was well for me.

Ollie was an excellent salesman. He listened to our needs, explained the products and the science and was very friendly. No 'hard sell', which we think is an important aspect in modern sales. He is a credit to your company.
