I think the ladies name was Veronica, she was very helpful from the moment I walked in. She was very knowledgeable about the products and I had already seen what I wanted online and she showed me them in the store, advised the best mattress for my needs and it was as easy as that. Online made everything look very confusing so going into the shop and being able to ask someone questions made me feel alot more reassured.

The lady serving us could not have been more helpful, she was very polite and friendly.

Have visited several stores looking for a new mattress. Received conflicting advice about type of mattress to purchase or what would be most comfortable. Selected Dreams as wanted to try “Sleepmatch”, found this useful and was able to select a suitable mattress, although somewhat pricey.

I have found my perfect bed, mattress and pillows for a good nights sleep. Also the products I have got will keep me cool and that is so exciting for a Woman of my age

Salesman knowledgeable and not pushy

When we arrived at the Reading Store we were welcomed but did not receive a pushy welcome. The lady we dealt with was very professional, explained everything to us. Dealt with us only and gave us the time we needed to discuss things between ourselves.

We were very impressed with the computer assessment ‘test bed’, we were not expecting that at all! This made the selection of mattress required very easy and not as complicated as we feared. The assistant Claire (at the Reading branch) was a delight to deal with. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about your products but very understanding of our requirement and helped us make an informed decision, whilst being very patient and pleasant. Her Customer Service skills resulted in our shopping experience being an enjoyable and pleasant one.
