As soon as we walked in, I explained what we were looking for, so your colleague offered us to try this "smart" bed which will give us more accurate answer about what mattress we need. Was pleased to find out that the "smart bed " was thinking the same way as we were. Got the mattress a bit over our budget, but mattress is amazing, we thought of buying mattress online, but glad we physically tried laying on some in the store and got the best one for us.

I already have a dreams mattress so knew what I was after, but it was no longer on sale so they found me one very similar that was in the sale! Very friendly knowledgable staff!

The sales assistant, Lee, was very helpful and patient as he guided us through the types and styles of mattresses available. He was very thorough in his explanation of each type and referenced his personal experience and preference. He then assessed us using the electronic testing equipment and showed us the designs it recommended. He cheerfully and patiently accompanied us as we moved back and forth between the choices before we eventually made our decision.

Dean at your store in Roneo Corner Romford was very helpful. There were no other customers at this time so he gave me his full attention. I was very Happy with the fact that you did not charge for delivery and that you took the old mattress away, I was happy to pay for that service as it was much more convenient to me.

Dean was amazing. We greeted with a warm happy smile. He really listened to our needs and showed us a variety of mattresses to help us make our decision. Very happy with the service received would highly recommend!

This was mostly due to the sales person who took time to give me all the information I needed to make my choice. The coffee was welcomed too! Bit disappointed that delivery was a week away but that was only because I was suffering with backache. A week isn't long to wait in the scheme of things. I also liked the more scientific way you can identify which mattresses were suitable for me instead of just getting confused trying them all out.

From entering the shop to purchasing, we were delivered exceptional customer service from Martyn & Dean. They knowledge was extensive and Wayne also kindly showed further options on the internet as the shop is very small. However we purchased a frame and mattress that were both in the showroom. You couldn't ask for a better shopping experience.
