Dean who served us helped a lot and had good knowledge. He took time to walk us through items and products.

We arrived at the store with an idea of what kind of bed we wanted. We were greeted by the sale assistant whom was very helpful. We were asked if we wanted to try the machine that calculates which bed suits our body type and sleeping positions. We were then shown various beds that were more compatible. At no time did we feel pressured into buying a bed out of our price range but encouraged to go with a bed that felt right for us. Once we had decide the sale went through with ease and delivery date sorted at our convenience. We bought extras and we happy with our overall experience.

Everything from the time of entry to store being asked for help advise and suggestions made all was excellent. Store and covid precautions were all very clear , still making it a great shopping experience

Assistance provided quickly, staff provided hand sanitizer and sheets to test mattresses. Different types of bed and mattresses explained so I was able to make an informed choice.

I was in the store for what felt like 5 minutes, I was approached straight away and assisted from the start. Firstly I was asked what I wanted and then placed on the dream machine straight away. Once I was done with the machine I was given a option of 5 Beds which I quickly narrowed down to 1 then I placed my order and told it’ll be to me in 6 days time considering the global pandemic I would say that’s pretty fast.
