Very efficient service with very friendly staff

We entered the store and was attended to by a store assistant called Leo. He was so friendly and straight away made us feel like we was in the right place to purchase our new bed! He had a good sense of humour too which made it easier to talk about what we was looking for. Straight away he took us to the bed machine that assesses which mattress is good for us and he provided us with clean sheets to use and the bed was cleaned straight after we layer on it. The store was very clean and all the staff were friendly and lovely. We purchased our bed alongside a few other bits which were not planned but Leo didn't mind adding on to our order 3 different times! He was easy to talk to and chatty and also shared he was expecting a new baby which was lovely as we felt in such a friendly environment. I would highly recommend this particular store and would definitely go back in the future if needing to purchase any other new beds or mattresses. Overall, very satisfied customer!

Martyn at the Dreams store in Hornchurch was extremely helpful and gave us his full attention and time to discuss our requirements. We were able to purchase everything we needed in one go.

We needed to place an order for 2 matresses to be delivered to a different address phoned to ask 1 question ended up going to store to purchase because guys were exceptionally helpful with a not so straight forward transaction
