Dean was excellent. Friendly knowledgable and we felt safe in the store too

The assistant Dean from the Hornchurch shop was very polite and helpful. He helped us choose a suitable bed for our 92 old father. We were asked if we would like a bottle of water during our time in the shop Couldn't of asked for better treatment. Sanitisers were in place and social distancing was abided by. Enjoyed our visit to the dreams shop and would certainly recommend to family and friends.

The salesman, Lee appeared genuine, knowledgeable and very experienced. I enjoyed myself whilst deciding what mattress to choose and felt comfortable discussing my bad back!!. I paid more for this bed...than ever, but hope it will be a good sound purchase.
