The salesman, Lee appeared genuine, knowledgeable and very experienced. I enjoyed myself whilst deciding what mattress to choose and felt comfortable discussing my bad back!!. I paid more for this bed...than ever, but hope it will be a good sound purchase.

There was nothing wrong with my experience. Satisfied is high praise, highly satisfied needs to be extraordinary. It was just buying a bed - no big deal. What I’m not satisfied with is this silly question!

The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and I was assisted as soon as I entered the store
