I had taken time out from the Covid lockdown to buy a nice bed at Dreams at Romford but was very anxious about the shop layout and whether i would be looked after. To my surprise, I was helped very well by Lee, the manager of the store and there were sanitizers at the front door,by the tables, and beds were labelled with real writing as to time of cleaning and i was given paper to lie on and trial the beds so i felt at ease. Lee was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. There is a machine which measures your needs which was fun. I ended up ordering a Tempur mattress with cooling gel and this was the one I kept going back to as it was the most comfortable as I wanted to protect my back and have good night sleep hopefully for the next 10 yrs. Thanks again Dreams for making my bed ordering experience so easy and efficient at Romford branch.
