Lee the assistant was really helpful. he put us on the sleep machine [much to our amusement]He guided us through all the possible suitable mattresses. Very knowledgeable and polite.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Offered me a good selection of products. And was quick at processing the order and payment. I also didn't feel pressured into anything and the salesman gave me time to think it over in peace rather then hovering over me like some sales people do.
