We were Highly Satisfied with the staff. The service was excellent.

Good staff highly knowledgable. Offered tea/coffee as soon as we walked in and again once sitting down to sort out delevery. Rebecca listened to what we needed and didnt push anything we didnt need

The sales assistant was very friendly and incredibly helpful. We were served as soon as we walked in the store and appreciated the fact that the assistant didn’t try to sway us towards any particular product, he guided us to what was best for us.

Our assistant Rebecca was very friendly, helpful and patient. We were offered tea and coffee and we felt comfortable to take our time deciding on the beds we purchased.

Friendly and helpful staff, looked after our needs from start to finish, very good customer service. Shop was clean and tidy and well set out.

Upon entering the Dreams store, we were kindly greeted by Kirsty. She understood our needs and requirements for a mattress and proceeded to take us to the machine which determines what would be best for each person. We looked at around 10 mattresses from what the machine recommended, and we came to the perfect one after some elimination (we were offered a choice of pillow). Kirsty was patient in our process, and offered us a drink to ensure we had a great stay at the store. Overall I've been really happy with the service, and I'd definitely be back in the future.

This was my very first visit to a Dreams store. I was warmly greeted by Rebecca who also assisted me throughout my visit. She offered me refreshments twice but politely declined. She exhibited good knowledge of the product, tried to accommodate my needs and advised me on the full range of prices and payment plan options. She gave me plenty of time to test the mattresses and understood what I was looking for: a balance between quality and affordability. She was patient -as I was very undecisive- and extremely helpful.
