the member of staff who served me (James) was highly proffessional with out being pushy or condersending he knew what he was talking about and the best product and was extreamly helpful

My daughter has scoliosis and explained I needed a mattress to support her back. He showed me the mattresses that would be good for her and encouraged her to try them out as she was shy to lay on them.

When I arrived I was greeted immediately. Lee asked if I needed help and what I was looking for. He gave me the option to use the sleep analysis or to go and try out some mattresses. He was really friendly and helpful. After the analysis he guided me to the mattresses that had been listed and was very knowledgeable in what was suitable for my needs. I felt very well looked after and placed my order quickly and easily with his support.

The assistant was very friendly, and after explaining the basics, left us to browse through the store in our own time. When we were ready, we then conversed with the assistant, who was very knowledgeable. We had the intention of buying one 4 foot double bed, but ended up buying a single bed as well. All in all, a worthwhile shopping experience.

Martyn was very helpful, we were the only ones in the store at the time, and he helped with our enquiries and was knowledgeable. I was impressed with the machine bed that tells you which type of mattress is best for you and being able to test our the various mattresses was a great help. Martyn also gave us a bottle of water :)
