I had been to a different retailer before co Ing to dreams. I can’t explain why but as soon as I walked in I felt comfortable to walk round with no pressure then when I was ready the male assistant was very knowledgeable and friendly but I still didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. Excellent customer service. Just wished I could have had an earlier delivery had to pay £30 for the time slot delivery too but apart from that was very pleased.

From entering the shop to leaving, the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made a daunting task much easier. Everything was explained very clearly and we were even given a drink while the paperwork was being made out. Excellent customer service.

Kevin was really friendly and knowledgeable, he helped us find what suited us best and explained everything in a lot of detail. He wasn't pushy at all and let us take our time. Made me a solid brew too!
