Looked around your shop and lady asked if we needed help. She told us all the details of the bed we wanted and when we could have it delivered and also have it assembled. All sorted in good time and receipt sent to my email address on my mobile phone. Now just waiting for delivery and assembly on Saturday.

I wandered into the shop after looking on line. I asked the assistant for advice about the product and she was able to give professional and understanding advice and led me to more products with a truly great price. Much more pleasant experience than shopping on line generally.

Bev was very helpful and attentive to my needs as I entered the shop, she made me feel welcome and provided quick access to the Dreams sensor. After I had used this she was very knowledgeable about the different types of beds that suited my needs and put together a package for me that was just what I needed.

We was served by a lady called Paula and she is a credit to your company,when asked questions she fully explained everything, she was so easy to talk too,she was a bright and bubbly person and just what a company like this needs on front of house sales. After going to 20 different shops in Sheffield dreams was my last this was due to hearing negative comments from other people, I will make sure I put everyone I speak to straight in future having had a first class experience. Personally would like to say a massive thank you to Paula for putting us at ease being patient with me and making us feel so welcome to come into store. Bonus is needed for this hard working young lass. Thanks mrs t m Hill
