Paula was an excellent salesperson

Paula greeted us when we entered the shop and offered to help us if needed. She offered us a drink and the option to use a smart system to find out which mattresses were suitable for us. She also showed us where in store were located the mattresses recommended for us, offered us pillows and was available for the information we needed about the beds and mattresses in store. She was hepful, patient and not pushy (which we thought was great).

Efficient and friendly service

The assistant was very knowledgeable and took time with us to explain all about different mattresses x excellent service !

Bev was extremely helpful and friendly. She listened to the needs of me and my partner and showed us many options. She helped us get the best deal and was just all round a pleasure to deal with.

The store assistants were very welcoming when we first walked into the store and Bev helped us through the whole process right from walking in to purchasing the bed

I went into store and was struggling to find a ‘soft’ mattress. Kevin pointed me to the right type and answered all my questions. I went away to consider because it was an expensive purchase and returned a couple of days later. A lovely lady called Karen came to meet me and I explained I had all the information I needed apart from availability. She explained she had only been in store for 3 weeks and we discovered a mutual employment with John Lewis. She was very polite and friendly.

We were helped by Kerry and she couldn’t have been more helpful. We visited the first time and took measurements, then when we came back to confirm what products and use the simulator. There was no pressure to buy, we were not rushed and were happy with every step of the purchase.

Bev was just amazing with all the information and advice she gave us. We came away most delighted with our purchase. Thank you so much. Our best wishes.
