The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. They were busy with other customers but took time out to apologise for me waiting and said they would be with me shortly which they were. The product knowledge was really good and they answered all my questions. The range of products on display was very good which is much better than trying to understand from a catalogue

The sales person who helped us was very friendly and attentive, and there was lots of choice so we could find exactly what we were looking for.

Paula (I think her name was) was super friendly and knowledgable and approachable. She helped us find the correct mattress and gave us enough time to ask questions but also allowed us time to think about it and try some mattresses out without standing over us. Her approach was amazing. Great member of staff.

The store assistant was very helpful,I didn’t have a clue as to what I wanted but she took me around and talked me through every mattress I viewed,excellent service received and I would recommend dreams to all

I went to the Sheffield Queens Road store and I can not praise the staff enough especially Bev who was amazing to me and my family nothing was too much trouble she was just so lovely,I'd recommend this store to all my family&friends who wish to purchase a new bed. When I got home I realised the bedframe would be too big for my son's room I called the store and went back down the next day and Bev helped me sort out another bedframe with no problems at all nothing was too much trouble she is worth her weight in gold a wonderful lady. Thank you Bev you truly are a genuinely lovely lady.

Great customer service right from the moment we walked in. Bev was very helpful showing us how to use the tech bed.

We were looked after extremely well with helpful advice but did not feel at all pressured into buying. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble whilst we were comparing prices and compatibility’s.
