Very prompt, efficient and friendly service

The woman who helped us was absolutely wonderful. I was shopping with my dad who struggles to remember and understand things, the woman who assisted us was very understanding a patient with him. We got exactly what we came for and the staff were very helpful and even gave my dad a cup of coffee. Thank you so much.

Paula had a vast knowledge of a large range of products available in the store, she recommended multiple mattresses from a few price ranges. My son used the mattress finder technology and Paula made it clear to us the best type of mattress to look for. We were asked if we needed help or if we were just browsing soon after entering the store and were offered refreshments soon into the visit. Very happy with the visit.
