Everything from walking in to leaving was first class...we were offered a drink ..and all the staff were so freindly... escpecially the lady who served us

Was hoping to have a discount of about 30% rather than 20%, since it says up to 50% on display. Overall I am very satisfied anyway, reception was brilliant and members of staff helped in making the atmosphere very relaxing, but I just think that there’s always somewhere to improve at.
