Dreams never fails to satisfy customer, upon arriving we were warmly welcomed and given the opportunity to browse around the store by Katie, She is a very lovely person and did a very good job in helping us choose our mattress.

Jahmal was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable and made a tricky shipping experience extremely easy and was very friendly to us and it our 3 year old daughter despite maintaining social distancing. I am a senior retail manager myself and though Jahmal was exceptional in the service he delivered. As someone who works in retail was also impressed with his productivity as whilst he was ascertaining whilst out interest was serious or not was juggling two customers. Superb work and a credit to the store and the organisation. I have worked in retail for 15 years and in the current circumstances was extremely impressed with Jahmals level of customer service

Friendly, professional staff. Not pushy but offered extras if we wanted them. Its a big turn off if staff are pushy so was very nice for this not to be the case. I will return because of it.

Morris Morris Morris what a sales man! Knew everything there is to know about beds excellent hospitality skills and just a all round nice guy. We just purchased 3 double beds and I can honestly say it was one for the best shopping experience I have had in a long time. Well done guys you really showed your expertise. Arfan was fab too!!!
