The lady shop assistant was competent and understood my requests/needs immediately. She explained the products in detail and it helped me to make up my mind in a very short time. She introduced additional products and explained the benefits if I purchased them. Very efficient!

Customer service we received was excellent

The staff at Dreams in Slough were absolutely wonderful and honestly could not have done a better job if they tried. We were given hot drinks on arrival and were invited to try out different mattresses. I especially liked the sheets of paper we were given to lie on with each bed, standard infection control measures like that were really appreciated. I've never bought a new mattress before and this was a genuinely good experience.

Because Melissa, was absolutely brilliant, took great care in what I needed and went that extra mile to get the right bed and mattress for me, what great customer service she had, I came out very happy customer.

Katie was extremely attentive yet not overbearing which is a nice balance. She also guided us when we needed help and was quick to put through our order for us.

The sales lady was knowledgeable, pleasant and very attentive. We enjoyed the hot chocolate drink she offered. We also enjoyed the experience of your bed selection technology. Liked two free pillows given in the deal but must admit that the Tempur mattress is still so very expensive even although it was in a sale.

Morris who served us was very knowledgeable and helped greatly in finding us the perfect bed and mattress. He was so friendly and made us feel comfortable and allowed us all the time to make sure we were placing the correct order for us as a couple.
