Dreams - Slough

From entering we were welcomed and offered help and advice. We were given the opportunity to wander around without being pinned down. My Son enjoyed checking out the beds. I made my decision and purchased. We will still need to come back another time as we want to upgrade our actual bed frame.

The store was very clean with hand sanitisers and free bottles of water at the door. Morris our assistant was highly knowledgeable and very attentive in giving us lots of advice and recommendations. We are very, very satisfied with the mattress we have chosen and are looking forward to receiving it next week.

Lawrence was extremely patient and efficient in his descriptions of differences in various items. He was a thoroughly professional person. Through no ones fault, I understand but I was a little disappointed about the delay in delivery of my bed only on 27 July as at present I’m sleeping on the floor.
