We were highly satisfied with the excellent service we got from Zara, very professional and we left the store very happy. Can't wait to sleep on our new mattress.

I was greeted when we arrived but in a friendly way, not being hassled to get help. I was given time to browse. When I needed help, several people were readily available. Abdul came to talk to us about what we were looking for and gave us a great overview of the options available. He was also sensitive to budget and didn't try to push the most expensive option. He even offered us hot drinks whilst we browsed. We were helped but not hassled - that makes for a great experience. When we were ready to purchase, Abdul passed us onto Zara who was so lovely, friendly and helpful. She processed everything quickly and efficiently, giving us the best options and offers available. No one minded my daughter testing out the beds. She was free to explore. I didn't feel uncomfortable about her being able to look at things and try them out. The whole place was friendly. It just felt like a pleasant morning out! It way exceeded my expectations and I have already recommended it to my next door neighbour who now plans to visit next weekend. So thank you for a pleasant, helpful, friendly and enjoyable shopping experience. See you next time we need a bed!

Knowledgeable friendly staff

The whole experience was great. Katie was so helpful, she went through everything in detail and took us to the 'sleep machine'. She then went through all suitable pillows for us and spent a lot of time explaining all the differences etc.

Great service by Morris - very helpful and nothing any problem

Were offered the use of the Dream Match service - this was good to give us an indication of the type of mattress. We were then given space to look and try various mattresses with staff remained on hand to offer advise if needed whilst not being over bearing.

Jahmal, was the customer service adviser on the day of our visit, and immediately i liked him. He was very friendly and put us down on the bed mattress machine, whilst keeping our young sons, years 2 and 4 occupied throughout the whole visit. To be honest if it was not for him, i would have probably been stressed out over the kids running around in store and would have probably not bought anything. Before coming to the Dreams store in Slough, we visited Benson for beds (also in Slough), but the representative there was absolutely hopeless and it felt like he did not care less if we bought a bed or not. However Jahmal is a golden employee and i would be more than happy to employ him anytime, especially as he is so good with young children. He also went out of his way to get us drinks to ensure we were comfortable as possible whilst choosing a mattress. I did say a special thank you to him when i was there.

Booked appointment at 4pm on a Sunday and tried mattresses numerous times until happy. Your colleague kept the store open to ensure we were able to buy today. Very helpful chap.
