Excellent Salesman in Morris. Very thoughtful and anticipated our needs in a given price threshold. He was courteous and efficient and understood our needs and demonstrated a detailed knowledge of the subject and how to process our order.

The 2 assistants that helped me were very friendly and helpful. Their knowledge of products was excellent. I knew what i was looking to buy and they guided me quickly to the products and the options I had. They were very efficient when taking the order. It was excellent customer service!

The customer service officer was very polite, efficient and well mannered and explained everything about our purchase.

The sales assistant came over and asked us what we required we said a mattress only we went on yout bed that gave us a list of the best mattresses for our bodies the assistant then took us round the six mattresses on the list gave us a pillow each and told us to take are time trying out each mattress for 15min plus per time and then we sorted out what two we thought was best and then talked us though them and told us to take our time trying these out for at least 20 minutes each then we decided which one we wanted he was very helpful and the process of the purchase and delivery time was excellent would throughly recommend this store excellent service

The assistant, Katie understood my budget and exactly what I was looking for and offered me a range of beds to choose from without trying to upsell any of your products. Jahmal was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He also listened carefully to our needs, which resulted in his identifying a mattress that was perfect for us, which we bought. My kids really liked him too. He asked them questions and made them laugh.

The young man was extremely helpful and patient while I was to-ing and fro-ing between mattresses. and took me through the test for a mattress suitability.
