Very pleasant staff who greeted you at the door, offering tea, coffee or hot chocolate before we even discussed our needs. Very personal one to one service.

The salesman who assisted us was ver help, polite and knowledgeable but what made our visit most importantly was he was not pushy. Our fear was we would go in to the store and have high pressure sales person. Thankfully this was not the case and this allowed us to look and try out the beds in our own time.

Staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable. Then the staff member who took over arranging payment and delivery was very friendly and helpful. This was our first visit to the shop and the experience was a very good experience so we will certainly visit again.

We were made to feel very welcome not rushed Katie at Slough was a nice Lady as my husband & I are both hard of hearing over all very Happy

Lawrence who served us as highly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain, but also to show us and let us test a lot of mattresses to ensure we got the right one. We were not rushed and even when we said we had found the, mattress we were shown some more so we could be 100% certain. Excellent young man.
