Very polite sales man who understood my needs for comfort when choosing a bed and also made sure I tested some mattresses out to see what was comfortable before using the machine that reads what mattress is better for you.also run through customer guarantee explaining what we are entitled to if any problems occur.

We were happy as in the past we have been in stores and wasn’t really sure what to get. When we went in today we were still unsure but Ash checked what mattress would suit us, showed us lots of options and took into consideration our budget.

Our assistant Lawrence was courteous and knowledgeable and explained clearly the different options open to us. Taken together with the "sleep fitting" machine it was a very positive shopping experience.

From the minute we walked through the door, the floor salesperson Ash greeted us, welcomed us, gave us a summary of where everything was and offered us coffee while we shopped. I wondered the store thinking this is truly what is missing from every other retail shop and the likes of Amazon and the rest truly cannot beat this type of customer experience. The service my family and I received today, as we wondered the store, was truly faultless. I honestly wondered, trying to recall, when last we received the type of service Ash (Sales) provided us today. Not in a very long time! It is individuals like Ash and experiences like today that make a customer return, no matter what cheaper offers exist elsewhere. Thanks for the amazing experience Ash, the coffee and the professional end-to-end service from the minute we walked through the doors to the time we left. I'm sure my family will be happy with their new beds, mattresses and pillows.

I have visited dreams Bath Road Slough a number of times now and made purchases each visit. I have always been assisted by Morris who is always first to see if I require assistance as I walk in the store... Very efficient.

Lawrence very helpful in showing us various bed frames. Knew when to give us space to make a choice. Delivery prompt and good communication. All round positive experience.
