We were not rushed with our order. We spent as much time as needed to make our choice. Lawrence and Arfan were extremely helpful.

Friendly and efficient customer service, product purchased looks and feels like high quality. Purchasing process was easy and efficient.

From the moment we entered the store we were greeted and welcomed by a smartly dressed Morris. Morris asked us if we have been to Dreams before abr and did we know how the store works. After explaining, we were offered a hot drink and asked to have a good look around and if we had any questions to ask. We asked Morris a few questions and his product knowledge was excellent, offering us good information and person usage piece of mind as he had the same bed we were looking for. We were there for a few hours over the two visits and not once were we pressured. We went for food and was gone for a good 3 hours and we looked at a couple other bed shops, but these did not meet the same professionalism and knowledge like Dreams and Morris. We felt pleased we came to Dreams first as this gave us the idea and gave us the chance to look around. I would certainly recommend Dreams Slough and Morris to anybody. 5 stars and a very happy customer.

Great friendly service but to much wait for delivery

I phoned the store as we had a problem with our bed at home 3 days before Christmas, I spoke to very helpful assistant named Lawrence who recommended I popped into the store which I did. Within 30 mins I had been able to to choose a bed and mattress, which was delivered 1 1/2 hours later, problem solved, I could not have expected any better service...

Lawrence was very helpful and very patient with us! Lawrence was the reason we bought the bed fundamentally. So pleased with his service and really pleased with our order

The staff were very professional as well as being friendly.. Very precise and clear in everything we asked. The product was fully explained with different options again fully clear in explaining A very good team of staff we were very impressed.
