Morris was very efficient and helped us from walking into the slough bath road store to assisting us with our purchase to helping my husband laos the van with our purchase a few days later

She listened to what we had hoped to see and used her knowledge and expertise to really find what kind of bed suited us best ! I was greeted by ASH as soon as I walked into the store, he was friendly and created general conversation to help understand my needs and requirements. He took the time to show me around, give me a hot drink and help me select a mattress using the selection tool. Overall I would return purely based on the customer service received from ASH. I have placed two orders and am very satisfied with his product knowledge and understanding of what I require. Its very rare to receive this style of personalised customer service, To say I am highly satisfied does not give ASH the credit he deserves.
