The sales adviser (Ash) welcomed us with a very warm welcome smile, spent a lot of time with us showing us around different mattresses, offered us hot chocolate & water. The service from start to finish was excellent! Very happy with the product will definitely will recommend to friends & family.

I felt like the assistant went above and beyond to help us in our quest for products. We are workers from Birmingham and as we are embarking on a 13 month stint away from home the assistant was very helpful to our needs.

We were greeted when we arrived. Offered a drink. Service was very friendly and efficient. All staff in the shop were approachable and polite. Ash and Arfan provided great customer service. Would highly recommend this Dreams branch. Oh and the bed match bed was amazing!
