Ash made us feel welcome and fully explain the different mattress types. We used the machine so he could show us all the products available in our price range and didn’t try and make us spend more than we wanted. I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed by Ash who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The store was clean and looked nice. I was able to learn about the options for mattresses and bed frames easily and was able to pay on the same day. Overall it was a very good experience.

Good quick service, but let down over delivery length

The experience me and my parter received when visiting the store was 10 out of 10. If not even better. We were greeted on arrival by Ash who was very pleasant. He offered us a drink (the hot chocolate was amazing) he then asked what we were specifically looking for. Once we explained he took us over to the machine which will advise what mattress would be beat for us. He then showed us around to all the beds which came up on the system. He let us try all the beds out and gave us as much time as we needed, I didn’t feel rushed at all which was really nice because it felt as though he was giving his time to us only. When we found the bed we loved he sat us down and explained how we could pay for it, what else we could get included and even though we spent a good hour in store it made it worth it as the customer service from Ash was amazing. Very professional and pleasant at all times. We walked away with new pillows, new mattress, new topper and 8 years guarantee! Overall a brilliant outcome which me and my partner both walked away very happy customers

Ash was really friendly, helpful and professional. Kept himself available to us but wasn't pushy and allowed us time to look around on our own. He talked us through using the matching machine and directed us through a range of suitable mattresses but didn't push us towards the higher priced options and instead allowed us to choose our favourite. We were offered coffee as well which was welcoming.

Morris was very helpful and informative. Patient and listened to our needs carefully and provided many options but not too many as to confuse us.

Ash welcomed us and made us feel comfortable from the very moment we stepped inside the shop . He took the time to listen to what product we was searching for and was very professional throughout . Quick , easy and very satisfied with the whole experience . Thank you Ash. Thank you dreams .

The member of staff who helped us was excellent.

The guys in store were polite, friendly and helpful. Their computer crashed whilst processing the order and whilst they were trying to resolve they were already thinking of an alternative plan of action. Fortunately the order came back but I was impressed by their pro-activeness.
