The staff was very knowledgable re beds and explained the different mattress types

The customer service is very good and the staff that served us, Ash and Abdul were very friendly. The products display are also impressive and the store was to the best convenience. The ordering process was brilliant and I would highly recommend this.

Staff were friendly, made conversation, helpful, accomodating with yes, coffee ect ect hot chocolate in my case. Ash new what he was talking about. Overall, a nice experience.

The two sales persons l saw Shaz and Abdul were very helpful , knowledgeable friendly and not at all over pushy.They just wanted to make sure I got the right bed for me.Their helpful insight made it easy for me to choose the correct bed for me.

Lots of mattresses to choose, very good standard.

The salesman gave me a quick intro of the layout of the store and then let me browse. He gave me space to explore the store on my own but was in hand for questions. He didn't overpower me with talk or anything like that.
