We visited the store twice to find a new bed and mattress and the best payment option for us. Abdul was very helpful when it came to finding a new bed and mattress, even when it came to finding a bed to suit a disability, and help to start our payment process. Ash was also friendly and helpful while guiding us through the final steps of our payment process. He made sure we got the best deal whilst answering all our questions. We’ll sleep well tonight.

Was very happy with the staff member, very helpful and understanding. Also had very good product knowledge. Offered drinks and was quick.

Was greeted as soon as I entered the store by Aboul who listened to what I ask and was very helpful and then put me with Ash who looked after us extremely well offered us coffee and ran around showing us the bed and pillows that would suit all our needs and as we are pensioners he was very patient and answered all our questions so perfect customer service from both Aboul and Ash

The member of staff, Katie, was friendly, efficient, with great subject knowledge and a great level of attentiveness. I would highly recommend Dreams. I had no idea what a great service I would receive there before I entered the store. Well done.

Whole Highly Satisfied comments are due to Just one thing - Service I got from Ash. What a dynamic sales person. Understood our needs very promptly and suggested required to align every single need. He was very professional, sincere, honest and very good listener. As soon as we entered the store he welcomed us very politely. To be honest i was surprised when he told me at the end that he is the sales adviser. Whole way i was thinking he is the store manager. I work as Area Manager in Retail sector and he impressed me to that level that i ended offering him Multi Site Manager Position which he thanked and said he is happy to work for Dreams. MOS like these are biggest assets to any company they work for. I would always highly recommend this branch of dreams to all friends and Family just because of Ash. Amazing personality with high level of attitude to leave the impression left over for long time. Please share my feedback with him so that his great effort and customer service do not go unnoticed.

We were served by Ash & Abdul whole were outstanding and Ash's product knowledge and time taken to understand our needs making recommendations without becoming overpowering was exceptional

Morris the customer adviser was beyond helpful, he helped us find the exact mattress we were looking for and also to identify the appropriate bedding and pillows. He definitely went the extra mile, we have since recommended the store on our community website and my wife posted the excellent customer service on her FB page.
